Ahmed called earlier in the day to confirm the arrangements which was comforting as we had been let down by other companies in the past.
He arrived on time and was extremely polite and friendly to take us to our annual works Xmas party. When he collected us later to take us back to our hotel he kindly detoured to take some of the passengers to McDonalds. Thank you so much
My only issue would be that I wasn't aware the balance payment would automatically be taken so I have actually paid twice for our journey"

"The drive and the driver were fine but the office staff abrupt when I phoned to check all was ok before the event. We booked at an expensive restaurant ,there were 8 of us and I wanted to make sure there would be no hitches with the transport."
