"The driver was excellent but not so happy with the Taxi code service as my journey was cancelled the evening before a trip to the airport at 4am by email. Luckily I checked and rebooked, but surely a cancellation that late should be automatically rebooked or you should call. "

"So much for adjusting the arrival time based on the flight. The taxi company clearly wasn't given flight details (or didn't bother using them) or they would have known the flight was early. On top of that, been charged £15 extra as it was an airport pickup when the car park ticket cost less than £5.00 was just insulting. Driver was polite enough but didn't offer to help with the bags. Wouldn't bother using them again."
